Can Parents Watch Classes?

 

Yes, parents are welcome to stay and watch their athlete's class. We provide a small seating area for your convenience. However, please note that coaches may ask parents to consider not watching if it becomes a distraction for the athlete.

 

Our Baby Belle program is a parent/athlete class, requiring parents to stay and assist their little ones throughout the circuits.

 

Do Classes Continue During School Holidays?

 

For our competitive rhythmic program, classes do continue during school holidays. However, for other classes, we operate on a 4 x 10-week term basis aligned with the school terms.

 

Is Competing Mandatory for Every Athlete?

 

Competing is not mandatory, and athletes are welcome to train at a recreational level or progress through the levels program without participating in competitions.
